Ben McBrady
A wonderful documentary gained traction in the modern Druid community a few years ago called ‘The Last Druid’ and touched on the life of the late Irish Druid Ben McBrady. It was created in 1995 but only recently put online in full a few years ago. While some of what McBrady goes into lends many people to believe he was merely a charlatan, I find something captivating about his demeanor and energy. When I listen to him talk, I trust him. Maybe that is ultimately incredibly dense of me, but at minimum I find he’s been a source of great inspiration regardless of if anything he says in the documentary is completely true.
